A judicial investigator looks into the rape and murder of a woman in 1974, promising her widowed husband that he will find the man responsible and make sure justice is served. Working alongside his partner and their supervisor, he uncovers clues that point to a suspect. But political interference and corruption prevent the case from ending with the punishment it deserves. Decades later, the outcome proves far more unsettling than anyone expected.

This is the story of El secreto de sus ojos, also known as The Secret in Their Eyes, a film about memory, guilt, and unresolved love, and how those feelings can linger across an entire lifetime.
